Meet the team of the Open Science Office

Open Science Operations Section Leader

Anne leads the CERN Open Science Operations Section, which oversees the implementation of CERN’s Open Science Policy and governance framework across the Organization. The section provides support to the CERN community through the CERN Open Science office and ensures the operation of key initiatives such as SCOAP³, Inspire and ORE.

Micha MOSKOVIC

INSPIRE Community Manager

Micha is in charge of INSPIRE, the main information platform for High-Energy Physics research and pioneering Open Science infrastructure, run by an international collaboration of several major research and library institutions involved in High-Energy Physics. He is also a member of the CERN Open Source Program Office (OSPO), where he focuses in particular on Open Science aspects of open source and monitoring.

Merten DAHLKEMPER

Open Science Community Engagement Manager

Merten is in charge of communications around Open Science. He organises events for and with the community such as the Open Science Practitioners Forum, collects Open Science stories and builds an Open Science ambassador network.

Pia KRETSCHMAR

Junior Open Access Manager

Pia supports scientists in the publication process and management. She is also involved with the operation of the SCOAP3 initiative.

Antonia WINKLER

Data Steward

Antonia’s work as data steward focuses on the implementation of open science and open data policies at CERN. Antonia additionally advises research communities on data management and access questions.
